Building SI without OpenAI, without Anthropic, without Google

The three-letter acronyms are not required. The substrate is.

The dependency argument

The industry consensus in 2026 is that you cannot build serious AI without leaning on a frontier lab's API. We disagree, we shipped, we invite audit.

What we replaced them with

OpenAI's GPT-4o → our CLLM on SILL runtime. Anthropic's Claude → our PRISM proof-tree composer. Google's Gemini + Vertex → our NEXUS + LATTICE stack. Every capability, reimplemented sovereign.

The message to every emerging economy

You can too. You do not need to pay for tokens by the million or accept a US TOS on your citizen data. The playbook is public: substrate, cadence, sovereignty, cost curve. Copy it.

Why we use different words

Where the industry says LLM, we say CLLM. Where it says vector database, we say NEXUS. Where it says Chain-of-Thought, we say PRISM proof-tree. Where it says RAG, we say LATTICE. Where it says trillion-token dataset, we say Smart Router Dataset. Different words because different architecture. Read the whitepaper.
