Bilingual constraint (English + Nepali). Twenty-three-tier government structure. Seasonal disaster cycle (monsoon, earthquake, dengue). A million ways to fail loudly. A million chances to fix it fast.
Why the playbook exports
Once you can serve Nepal — its languages, its bureaucracy, its climate, its healthcare gap — you can serve any emerging economy in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. That is a market of five billion people that frontier labs are not seriously chasing.

Where the industry says LLM, we say CLLM. Where it says vector database, we say NEXUS. Where it says Chain-of-Thought, we say PRISM proof-tree. Where it says RAG, we say LATTICE.
