The four things frontier LLMs structurally cannot say

1. 'This claim is verifiable by walking the following proof-tree.' — Because there is no proof-tree. There is only a probability distribution over next tokens.

2. 'This answer references only sources approved by the customer.' — Because retrieval is either off (uses training-time knowledge) or top-k similarity (which the customer cannot audit).

3. 'This output was computed without leaving your data-residency perimeter.' — Because inference happens on a US-hosted GPU cluster shared across every customer.

4. 'This answer will remain valid as of today, and I can prove which facts changed if it does not.' — Because the training-cutoff is frozen. There is no substrate to update.

What sovereign SI can say

All four. Not by clever prompting. By architecture. NEXUS + LATTICE + PRISM produce statements 1-4 as side-effects of the retrieval path, not as separate features. That is the paradigm difference.

Where the money is

Every vertical where any of those four statements is a legal requirement, an audit requirement, or a competitive differentiator. Which is: healthcare, government, defence, finance, insurance, education, energy, telecoms, aviation, pharma, biotech, legal, accounting, and about twenty more.
