ZettaHealth is the digital health division of AlifZetta. It designs and manufactures clinical-grade smart rings, smart bands, healthcare smart watches and in-vitro diagnostic devices, paired with a mobile app and secure cloud platform. The division is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal, with operational presence in Dubai, UAE.
Who makes ZettaBand?
ZettaBand and ZettaRing are designed by AlifZetta and produced through a network of medical-grade manufacturing partners with a 20,000 m² production workshop, 125 R&D engineers and 300+ monthly design patents. AlifZetta owns the brand, the AI algorithms, the mobile app and the cloud platform.
Where are ZettaRing and ZettaBand made?
Product design, AI development, the mobile app and the ZettaHealth cloud platform are built in Kathmandu, Nepal. Devices are manufactured through medical-grade partners on tooling and QA specifications owned by AlifZetta.
What can ZettaRing Sense T3 measure?
ZettaRing Sense T3 is an AI-powered smart ring with voice control, touch control and IMU gesture control. It provides vibration reminders, a tri-color LED indicator and IP68 water resistance. Health sensing includes continuous heart rate, SpO2, sleep and activity, delivered through the ZettaBand mobile app.
Is ZettaBand a medical device?
Selected devices in the catalog, the 8-in-1 Multi-Function Analyzer, the PUG-1-4G and the MFT-1, are registered as Class II medical devices with China's NMPA (approvals #20232220961, #20232220962 and #20242221052). Smart rings and smart bands are positioned as clinical-grade wearables for personal health monitoring and lifestyle tracking. Clinical use in other markets requires jurisdiction-specific regulatory approval.
What certifications does ZettaHealth have?
Three in-vitro diagnostic devices carry China NMPA Class II approvals (#20232220961, #20232220962, #20242221052). Manufacturing runs in a GMP Class 100,000 sterile purification workshop. Selected SKUs carry Class II medical-device registrations, whereas Apple Watch and Fitbit are general consumer wearables in most markets. AlifZetta is also a Nepal-anchored company: your data can stay in Nepal.
Is my health data private with ZettaHealth?
Yes. The ZettaHealth platform is designed for sovereign data residency: on-device inference for time-critical signals, encrypted transport for cloud sync, and explicit user consent before any data leaves the device. Enterprise deployments in Nepal can keep the full stack in-country.

The ZettaRing Med X3 has been validated in a Triple-A tier hospital study (per manufacturer catalog); the ZettaBand Senior V6 supports GPS + 4G LTE remote monitoring; the ZettaBand MediCore 2508P provides Bluetooth plus 4G dual-mode transmission for real-time remote patient monitoring; and the three NMPA-registered analyzers are approved as Class II medical devices in China.
