The AlifZetta roadmap.
Public. Falsifiable. We would rather commit in the open and get held to it than ship the mystery-box product launch. Below is where we have been, where we are, and where we are going.
Twelve milestones — five shipped, two in flight, five committed
AlifZetta v1 launched
First public deployment. NEXUS substrate with 45,000 typed entries. LATTICE traversal at sub-10ms. First bilingual EN + NE clinical decision pathways.
GSI whitepaper published
The AlifZetta whitepaper on Grounded Structural Intelligence — NEXUS + LATTICE + PRISM as a sovereign alternative to LLM + vector-DB + RAG + Chain-of-Thought. Academic + industry citations.
Nepal government partnership
First government-tier deployment. Bilingual CLLM serving hundreds of ministry services. Sub-3ms partner-API latency.
Clinical Pathway Engine v13
319 evidence-based clinical pathways across 18 specialties, all with ICD-11 mapping, EWS scoring, and Nepal-endemic protocol layers (dengue, snake bite, rabies, altitude sickness).
Green Intelligence positioning + 94K substrate
Green Intelligence declared as core paradigm. 94,000+ cited NEXUS entries, growing 30-60 per day via daily-pulse scraper. Founder profile, press kit, pricing published publicly.
100,000-entry NEXUS milestone
Cross the six-figure threshold. Add three more Nepal-specific verticals (aviation, insurance, hospitality). Second and third emerging-economy partnerships in South Asia.
Doctoral thesis defense
Padam Sundar Kafle defends the doctoral thesis at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi — 'Is Superintelligence a training-time property or a substrate-time property?' AlifZetta is the falsifiable answer.
AlifZetta v2 — Cluster Router
Second-generation CLLM with a smarter router that dispatches queries to the correct specialist model in the cluster automatically. 5× latency improvement expected.
First hospital-group partnership
Multi-facility deployment across a hospital chain. Bedside CLLM for clinical decision support. Full PRISM proof-tree audit trail per query.
Nepal → South Asia expansion
Formal expansion into Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan with country-specific NEXUS substrates. Same architecture, same economics, three new sovereign deployments.
Open sovereign compliance framework
Publish the AlifZetta compliance reference — how to deploy sovereign SI under HIPAA, GDPR, FDA SaMD, Nepal DPA. Free reference implementation for any implementer.
AlifZetta v3 — Programmable NEXUS
Third-generation NEXUS with a public authoring interface. Any ministry, hospital, or founder can extend their substrate with a browser instead of a text editor. Human-editable knowledge, still under git.
What we are explicitly not doing
We are not training a bigger frontier LLM. We are not building a proprietary GPU inference cluster. We are not adding a chat-with-your-PDF SaaS. We are not shipping a chatbot personality. We are not going to acquire our way into a category. If it sounds like the frontier-lab playbook, it is not on our roadmap.
How to hold us to it
Screenshot this page. Come back in a year. If we missed a committed milestone, send it to us. The whole point of shipping in the open is to earn the right to say 'we shipped what we said we would.'
Want to influence the roadmap?
The three items in "next" are firm commitments. Everything else in the pipeline is guided by the pilots we sign and the deployments we ship. If you want a specific vertical, region, or capability prioritised, book a pilot conversation.
